ZelenTech ZT-MX Static Mixers

The ZT-MX Series of Static Mixers offers energy efficient homogenization of process media.

Mixing is accomplished through a series of internal plates, arranged to create a triple action mixing of the media.

Units can be provided with additional ports suitable for media injection, sampling or stream concatenation.

Built in accordance with pressure codes and directives ZelenTech provides any size from small 1 inch units up to 48 inch units. We accomodate almost every material available and are able to build thes units to match your piping specification.

We do not carry any standard models, each unit built is carefully dimesioned and configured to provide you with the desired degree of mixing/homogenisation. This not only provides you with the correct mixing, but do so using a minimal amount of energy.
